1. Independent Contractor Status
The Tradesperson operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee of London Trade Connect.

2. Conduct & Professionalism
The Tradesperson agrees to:
- Act professionally and respectfully
- Attend jobs on time where reasonably possible
- Carry out work safely and competently
- Maintain appropriate public liability insurance
3. Customer Communication
The Tradesperson agrees that:
- All pricing and quotations are controlled by London Trade Connect
- Customers must not be quoted directly unless authorised
- Customers must not be solicited or approached privately for future work
- All customer communication should remain through London Trade Connect where possible
4. Payment Terms
The Tradesperson will be paid the agreed rate per job.
Payments will normally be made:
- Same day
- Or within 1–3 business days
subject to customer payment being received.
5. Availability
The Tradesperson agrees to communicate availability accurately and notify London Trade Connect if
unavailable.
6. Liability
London Trade Connect acts as a coordination and booking service.

7. Confidentiality
