1. About Us
We provide a service connecting customers with independent, vetted tradespeople (e.g. plumbers and electricians) across London.
We do not carry out any work ourselves.
2. Service Provided
- We arrange for a suitable tradesperson to attend your property based on your request.
- All work is carried out by independent contractors.
- The assigned tradesperson is responsible for the work undertaken.
3. Call-Out Fee
- A call-out fee is required to secure your booking.
- This covers the visit and initial assessment/diagnosis.
- Any additional work will be quoted by the tradesperson before proceeding.
4. Payments
- The call-out fee is payable in advance to confirm your booking.
- Additional work, if agreed, may be payable directly to the tradesperson or as otherwise agreed.
- Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- If you cancel after booking but before the tradesperson attends, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
- If we are unable to provide a tradesperson, a full refund will be issued.
- Once a tradesperson has attended, the call-out fee is non-refundable.
6. Liability
- We act solely as an introducer/arranger of services.
- We are not responsible for the quality, outcome, or performance of any work carried out by the tradesperson.
- Any issues or disputes regarding the work must be raised directly with the tradesperson.
7. Tradesperson Responsibility
- All tradespeople operate independently and are responsible for:
- Their workmanship
- Their qualifications
- Their insurance
8. Customer Responsibility
- You agree to provide accurate information about the issue.
- You agree to provide access to the property at the agreed time.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always apply.
